Six years ago when my daughter Lilly was born, I was like most other folks....I'd get her all gussied up to wait 2 hours in line at the mall for my 10 minute photo session at which I'd be presented with 4 pictures that I didn't really care for - but because they were Lilly, I'd buy them and put them in a drawer as soon as we got home. I disliked the fact that my pictures were exactly like those in line ahead of me and that I was rushed and would end up hating the pictures because even though the image was of my baby - the look, the personality, the emotions....those were NOT my daughter.

A photograph is not just a picture on a peice of paper - it is a memory an experiance an emotion frozen in time. My style is casual and carefree. I give my clients the time they need and deserve whether it be 30 minutes or 3 hours. I don't want you, your child or your family to feel like they are rushed. If you don't feel like smiling the first 5 minutes you are in front of my camera or just feel like crying....no biggie as I like to capture natural emotions.

As a mother, I know how important it is to get images of your child that you will cherish for years to come.
